What are we doing? Fuze is upgrading various network components in the London, UK Point of Presence (PoP) as part of our ongoing global network upgrades to optimize service. We expect this maintenance to have minimal impact on customers.
Who is affected? Customers homed to the following Call Servers in: ukp-z50-call5 ukp-z51-call2
When are we doing this? Start: Wednesday, November 6th 16:00 (GMT-5) End: Wednesday, November 6t 18:00 (GMT-5)
What will you experience during the work? Users will experience interruptions of up to two minutes in duration throughout this 2-hour window while the new configuration is being applied.
What do you need to do? If you experience any issues with Fuze services during this time, we recommend waiting up to 2 minutes and trying again.
What happens if it doesn't go as planned? Maintenance will be reverted.
