What are we doing? Fuze is performing preventative database maintenance to ensure optimal service.
Who is affected? Customers utilizing the following functionality:
VOICE APIs, including: -REST API for click-to-call -Event subscription management -WebSocket events (call, queue, peer, voicemail) -REST call-back events (call, queue, peer, voicemail) Fuze Desktop/Mobile: -Agent Login/Logout -Agent Pause/Resume -Call history will be delayed until following the maintenance activity -Setting a user’s preferred device Voicemail notifications on mobile clients & physical handsets Shared Line Appearance Buddy Watch Call Parking
When are we doing this? Start: Saturday, Feb 29th, 22:00 EST End: Saturday, Feb 29th, 23:00 EST
What will you experience during the work? You may experience an interruption of service up to ten minutes during this 1-hour window while the affected systems are being restarted.
What do you need to do? If you experience any issues with the listed services during this time we recommend waiting 5 to 10 minutes and trying again.
What happens if it doesn't go as planned? Maintenance will be reverted.
