Update
We continue to work on a solution to the issue in order to restore services to normal.

Our engineering team has identified the cause of the issue and in the next (30) minutes the Portal and Hub will be rebooted for the change to be deployed to resolve this issue. During this time, you maybe be sent back to the Portal home page.
