What are we doing? Fuze is performing updates to our back-end infrastructure to improve the Portal and the Hub.
Who is affected? Anyone attempting to access the Portal or the Hub.
When are we doing this? Start: Saturday, June 12, 22:00 EDT (GMT-4) End: Sunday, June 13 02:00 EDT (GMT-4)
What will you experience during the work? Users will be unable to access the Portal and the Hub while this work is ongoing. Attempts to access the Portal or the Hub during this time will return a maintenance page. Please note that APIs that interact with the Portal or the Hub will also not be usable during this time period.
What do you need to do? No action is required.
What happens if it doesn't go as planned? Maintenance will be reverted.
