What are we doing? Fuze is making various updates to our back-end infrastructure as part of our global effort to optimize service.
Who is affected? Customers who are homed in North American Data Centers.
When are we doing this? Start: Saturday, May 15th 22:00 EDT (GMT-4) End: Saturday, May 15th 23:00 EDT (GMT-4)
What will you experience during the work? Users may experience an interruption of up to one minute in duration throughout this 1-hour window while the new configuration is being applied. Services impacted include Agent Queue Functionality via Fuze Contact Center; agents will be able to use Star Codes during this time to pause, log in, log out, etc. Users will not be able to create or retrieve faxes during this period.
What do you need to do? If you experience any issues with Fuze services during this time we recommend waiting up to one minute and trying again.
What happens if it doesn't go as planned? Maintenance will be reverted.
