Investigating
We are currently investigating reports that a subset of users are experiencing presence problems on our Desktop and Web applications.
This may impact end-user services. Expected symptoms will include delays to presence updates such as "On a call" and "In a meeting" or appearing as "Unknown". Calling and messaging functionality is not impacted by this issue.
We are working diligently to identify the cause of the issue and will provide regular updates as we have them until the issue has been resolved. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience.
