The following details related to this scheduled maintenance have been updated:
Fuze Engineering has finished performing emergency maintenance on our Hub and Portal platforms, and access has been restored. Please be aware that backend servers had to be restored to a previous version for this emergency maintenance. This resulted in changes made via the Portal and Hub after 05:00 EST (GMT-5) on Friday, November 17th, being removed from the system and will need to be resubmitted to take effect.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this will cause, and our Support teams are available to assist in making any configuration changes.
Fuze View (data.fuze.com) and Fuze Discover (data.fuze.com/discover) will remain offline at this time as the team continues to work on restoring services.
We will continue to provide updates as we progress through this emergency maintenance.

At this time we will be expanding the maintenance to include Fuze View (data.fuze.com) and Fuze Discover (data.fuze.com/discover) while we run system validation as we work to restore the Portal and Hub. During this period the Fuze Hub, Portal, View and Discover will not be available internally or to customers.

What are we doing? Fuze is performing emergency maintenance on our Hub and Portal platforms to help ensure continued stability.
Who is affected? Customers who utilize Fuze admin services.
When are we doing this? Start: Friday, November 17th 17:30 EST (GMT-5) End: Friday, November 17th 20:30 EST (GMT-5)
What will you experience during the work? Users will experience an interruption to Fuze administrative services for the duration of the maintenance. No voice or meeting issues are expected during this time.
What do you need to do? If you experience any issues with Fuze admin services during this time we recommend waiting for the completion of this maintenance event.
What happens if it doesn't go as planned? Engineering teams are on standby to address any issues that result from this maintenance.
