What are we doing?
Fuze is upgrading various network components for a single node in the San Jose, CA Point of Presence (PoP) as part of our ongoing global network upgrades to optimize service.

Who is affected?
Customers who are homed to the affected node in the San Jose, CA Data Center.

When are we doing this?
Sunday, July 26th, 20:00 EDT through Sunday, July 26th, 20:30 EDT

What will you experience during the work?
You may experience a brief interruption of service up to 5 minutes in duration throughout this window while the new configuration is being applied, causing peers to move between primary and secondary servers. Fuze Contact Center (FCC) and call recording will be unavailable during this time for affected tenants.

What do you need to do?
If you experience any issues with Fuze Voice services during this time we recommend waiting up to 5 minutes and trying again.

What happens if it doesn't go as planned?
Maintenance will be reverted.
