What are we doing? Fuze is performing maintenance on our reporting platform to help ensure continued stability.
Who is affected? Customers globally.
When are we doing this? Start: Saturday, June 10th 22:00 EDT (GMT-4) End: Saturday, June 10th 24:00 EDT (GMT-4)
What will you experience during the work? Users will experience an interruption to Fuze reporting services for the duration of the maintenance. Reports scheduled during the maintenance period will be delayed until completion.
What do you need to do? If you experience any issues with Fuze services during this time we recommend waiting up to 15 minutes and trying again.
What happens if it doesn't go as planned? In the event that issues do arise, we will rollback the change and ensure that service is restored.
