What are we doing? Fuze will be conducting required maintenance on the Fuze Meetings platform to address recent connectivity issues when attempting to join a meeting.
Who is affected? Customers using Fuze Meetings during this maintenance window.
When are we doing this? Start: October 12th 00:45 EDT End: October 12th 02:45 EDT
What will you experience during the work? Customers may experience brief periods throughout this 2-hour window where new meetings will not be initialized while the maintenance is underway; customers who are already in established meetings will be unaffected. If you encounter a degradation in service, please wait a few minutes, then try your meeting again.
What do you need to do? If you experience any issues with Fuze Meetings please wait a few minutes before attempting again.
What happens if it doesn't go as planned? Maintenance will be reverted.
