What are we doing? Fuze is upgrading various network components in the São Paulo, BR Point of Presence (PoP) as part of our ongoing global network upgrades to optimize service. We expect this maintenance to have minimal impact on customers.
Who is affected? Customers homed to the following Call Servers in brp-z25-call1 brp-z25-call2 brp-z25-call3
When are we doing this? Start: Tuesday, March 26th 19:00 (GMT-4) End: Tuesday, March 26th 21:00 (GMT-4)
What will you experience during the work? Users will experience interruptions of up to two minutes in duration throughout this 2-hour window while the new configuration is being applied.
What do you need to do? If you experience any issues with Fuze services during this time, we recommend waiting up to 2 minutes and trying again.
What happens if it doesn't go as planned? Maintenance will be reverted.
