What are we doing?
Fuze is upgrading various network components in the Ashburn Point of Presence (PoP) as part of our ongoing global network upgrades to optimize service.

Who is affected?
Customers who are homed to the Ashburn Data Center.

When are we doing this?
Start: Saturday, July 18th 22:30 EDT
End: Saturday, July 18th 23:30 EDT

What will you experience during the work?
Users may experience a 30 second interruption to Fuze services during this 1-hour window while the new configuration is being applied.

What do you need to do?
If you experience any issues with Fuze services during this time we recommend waiting up to 60 seconds and trying again.

What happens if it doesn't go as planned?
Maintenance will be reverted.
