What are we doing? Fuze is upgrading one of our backend databases as part of our ongoing global updates to optimize service.
Who is affected? Customers who are attempting to use Fuze Portal or Fuze Hub services.
When are we doing this? Start: Saturday, Nov 9th, 22:00 EDT End: Saturday, Nov 9th, 23:00 EDT
What will you experience during the work? All Portal and Hub services will be down during this maintenance window. You may experience errors from connected applications as well.
What do you need to do? If you experience any issues with Fuze Portal or Fuze Hub we recommend waiting until the maintenance window is complete and trying again.
What happens if it doesn't go as planned? Maintenance will be reverted.
