What are we doing? Fuze is upgrading a component of our hardware to scale with increased traffic for the foreseeable future.
Who is affected? Customers located in North America using visual call events such as call parking indicators, buddy watch, and call status notifications.
When are we doing this? Start: Saturday, July 21st 22:00 ET End: Saturday, July 21st 24:00 ET
What will you experience during the work? There will be two 60 second blips during this maintenance window where visual call events such as call parking indication lights, buddy watch, and call status notifications become delayed.
What do you need to do? Any delays related to the call events mentioned above should resolve themselves within 60 seconds.
What happens if it doesn't go as planned? Maintenance will be reverted.
