What are we doing?
On Saturday, May 18th beginning at 10:00 PM EST Fuze will be conducting maintenance on the Fuze Portal. This maintenance will take place from 10:00 PM – 12:00 AM EST.

Why are we doing this?
This maintenance will focus on correcting an underlying issue where call recordings were not properly viewable in the Fuze Portal.

How will you be affected?
From 10:00 PM until 12:00 AM EST, customers may be unable to access the Fuze Portal at https://portal.thinkingphones.com and Hub at https://hub.thinkingphones.com. If you are unable to access these sites, please wait up to 20 minutes and try again.
