We have rolled back an update. Impacted users will need to power cycle their devices and re-log in. We will continue to monitor the status.

Investigating
We have received reports of some users unable to log into Polycom devices. Our engineering team is engaged and investigating. We will provide updates as soon as they become available.

Overall voice services are unaffected, just the ability to log in to Polycom desk phones.
