What are we doing?
Fuze is performing a required maintenance on our Portal to prepare for the upcoming Philippines number format change this weekend.

Who is affected?
Users who have active Fuze Portal sessions during the maintenance window.

When are we doing this?
Start: October 4th 5:15 AM GMT
End: October 4th 5:45 AM GMT

What will you experience during the work?
Users who are logged in to the Fuze Portal may have their sessions reset as each node is restarted throughout the maintenance window. If a session is reset the user will be redirected back to the login page for the Fuze Portal.

What do you need to do?
If your session is reset please log in to the Portal again.

What happens if it doesn't go as planned?
Maintenance will be reverted.
