What are we doing? Fuze will be conducting a required maintenance in the Frankfurt Data Center to optimize configuration on network equipment.
Who is affected? Customers who connect to Fuze privately and whose primary services are hosted on the Frankfurt Data Center who are also using either Fuze Meetings or Voice services.
When are we doing this? Start: Saturday, February 16th 22:00 EST End: Saturday, February 16th 22:30 EST
What will you experience during the work? You may experience a momentary interruption of service (few seconds) while the new configuration is being applied.
What do you need to do? If you experience any issues with Fuze Meetings or Voice services during this time we recommend waiting up to 60 seconds and trying again.
What happens if it doesn't go as planned? Maintenance will be reverted.
