What are we doing?
Fuze is restarting a process on one of our core switches in the San Francisco Data Center that is consuming a high amount of CPU. This action was recommended to us by the equipment manufacturer.

Who is affected?
Low potential for voice service impact for customers homed to our San Francisco Data Center.

When are we doing this?
Start: Tuesday, July 17th 22:00 ET
End: Tuesday, July 17th 22:05 ET

What will you experience during the work?
We do not expect a customer impact for this maintenance.

What do you need to do?
No action is required.

What happens if it doesn't go as planned?
Should the restart cause an unforeseen issue such as a core dump or crash, customers homed to our San Francisco Data Center may experience dropped calls. If a call is dropped please wait up to 60 seconds before attempting to initiate a new call.
