What are we doing?
Fuze is upgrading an internal network configuration on our London Data Center. This is part of our ongoing global network upgrades.
Who is affected?
Customers using Voice services located in the EMEA region.
When are we doing this?
Start: Saturday, September 15th 20:00 GMT
End: Saturday, September 15th 24:00 GMT
What will you experience during the work?
There will be blips ranging between 5-60 seconds where Voice services may become unavailable. Calls during these instances will drop and users will be unable to initiate a new calls for up to 60 seconds.
The approximate timing of when these blips will occur on September 15th are: 20:00 GMT - (5 second blip) 22:00 GMT - (30-60 second blip)
22:15 GMT - (30-60 second blip)
23:00 GMT - (5 second blip)
What do you need to do?
If your call drops or if you are unable to initiate a new call, wait up to 60 seconds and try again.
What happens if it doesn't go as planned?
Maintenance will be reverted.
