Fuze is performing a network upgrade in our Boston Data Center.

When are we doing this?
Start: Saturday, March 10th 22:00 ET
End: Sunday. March 11th 01:00 ET

What will you experience during the work?
Customers on our Boston Data Center may experience a momentary blip where inbound and outbound calls are unavailable during this maintenance.

What do you need to do?
If you experience an issue making or receiving calls during this maintenance, please wait up to 60 seconds and try again. Any blip in service during this maintenance should not last longer than 60 seconds. MPLS provided by Fuze will fail over gracefully to our San Francisco data center. BYOB MPLS customers will need to ensure a backup to San Francisco or internet are in place before this maintenance to minimize downtime.

What happens if it doesn't go as planned?
Old network equipment will be put back in place.
