What are we doing? Fuze is upgrading the hardware on our Frankfurt Data Center MPLS Router. This is part of our ongoing global network upgrades.
Who is affected? Customers who connect to Fuze privately whose primary services are hosted on the Frankfurt Data Center.
When are we doing this? Start: Saturday, January 12th 22:00 GMT End: Sunday, January 13th 01:00 GMT
What will you experience during the work? You may experience a short interruption of voice service (up to 60 seconds) while failing over to the secondary Frankfurt data center at the start of this maintenance. If failover is not configured users will be down during this window.
What do you need to do? Fuze recommends customers connected privately to our Frankfurt Data Center ensure they have a failover setup to our Frankfurt data center prior to this maintenance. For more information see our “Fuze Services Requirements Guide” here:
