Fuze will be conducting necessary upgrades of our network services in the Boston Data Center. This is part of our ongoing global network upgrades.

Customers using Voice services from our Boston Data Center.

- When are we doing this?
Start: Saturday, Oct 13 22:00 EDT
End: Saturday, Oct 13 24:00 EDT

- What will you experience during the work?
You may experience a short (up to 60 seconds) interruption of voice service. This may include dropping a current call or being unable to make new calls. No other Fuze services will be impacted.

- What do you need to do?
If your call drops or if you are unable to initiate a new call, wait up to 60 seconds and try again.

- What happens if it doesn't go as planned?
Maintenance will be reverted.
