What are we doing? Fuze is performing maintenance on our reporting platform to help ensure continued stability. This maintenance was originally planned for this past weekend but was rescheduled.
Who is affected? Customers who utilize Fuze reporting services.
When are we doing this? Start: Saturday, January 22nd 22:00 EST (GMT-5) End: Saturday, January 22nd 24:00 EST (GMT-5)
What will you experience during the work? Users will experience an interruption to Fuze reporting services for the duration of the maintenance. Reports scheduled during the maintenance period will be delayed until completion.
What do you need to do? If you experience any issues with Fuze services during this time we recommend waiting up to two hours and trying again.
What happens if it doesn't go as planned? Maintenance will be reverted.
