What are we doing?
Polycom is upgrading components related to the Zero Touch Provisioning or “Device Claim” system.

Who is affected?
All customers attempting to provision new Polycom devices.

When are we doing this?
Start: Tuesday, December 10th 01:00 EST
End: Tuesday, December 10th 03:30 EST

What will you experience during the work?
You may experience an inability to claim a device via the Hub during this maintenance window.

What do you need to do?
We discourage attempting to claim new devices during this maintenance window. Devices that had previously been claimed, should still be able to provision correctly.

What happens if it doesn't go as planned?
Maintenance will be reverted.
