Fuze will be upgrading a small number of software components in our Fuze Meeting Data Centers to resolve an issue before it has the potential of causing a disruption in service.

Customers using Fuze Meetings.

- When are we doing this?
Start: Saturday, September 15th 00:45 ET
End: Saturday, September 15th 02:45 ET

- What will you experience during the work?
There will be a window up to 10 minutes where Fuze Meetings will be unavailable during this maintenance. Active Fuze Meetings during this 10 minute window will drop.

- What do you need to do?
If you are unable to join or get dropped from an active Fuze Meeting, please wait up to 10 minutes before rejoining.

- What happens if it doesn't go as planned?
Maintenance will be reverted.
