Fuze is performing maintenance on our legacy conference bridge system. These are also known as MeetMe rooms.

Who is affected?
Customers using legacy conference bridges during this maintenance.

Note: This will NOT affect Fuze Meetings.

When are we doing this?
Start: Saturday, May 12th 17:00 ET
End: Saturday, May 12th 18:00 ET

What will you experience during the work?
Customers using a legacy conference bridge may experience dropped calls during this maintenance.

What do you need to do?
If the conference bridge is dropped, wait up to 60 seconds and call back into your existing conference bridge.

What happens if it doesn't go as planned?
Maintenance will be reverted.
