What are we doing? Fuze is upgrading the software version on our Boston Data Center switches. This is part of our ongoing global network upgrades.
Who is affected? Customers using Voice services from our Boston and Cambridge Data Centers.
When are we doing this? Start: Saturday, December 1st 22:00 ET End: Saturday, December 1st 24:00 ET
What will you experience during the work? You may experience a short (up to 60 seconds) interruption of voice service. This may include dropping a current call or being unable to make new calls. No other Fuze services will be impacted.
What do you need to do? If your call drops or if you are unable to initiate a new call, wait up to 60 seconds and try again.
What happens if it doesn't go as planned? Maintenance will be reverted.
