We have resolved the issue with device claiming for Polycoms, and have confirmed that all devices that did not initially get claimed have gone through. Users can now resume the device claim process. We will monitor this event for the next 30 minutes before setting the status to "resolved." If you continue to experience issues, please contact support via the Community. We have identified an issue with device claiming for Polycoms that we are actively working to address. Users should not be attempting to claim new devices until this issue has been resolved. Additional updates will be provided as the investigation progresses.
