What are we doing? Fuze will be conducting required maintenance in the San Jose Data Center to optimize configuration on network equipment.
Who is affected? Customers whose primary services are hosted on the San Jose Data Center who are also using either Fuze Meetings or Voice services.
When are we doing this? Start: Saturday, March 16th 20:45 EDT (00:45 GMT) End: Saturday, March 16th 24:00 EDT (03:45 GMT)
What will you experience during the window? You may experience a momentary interruption of service (up to 30 seconds) throughout this 3 hour window while the new configuration is being applied.
What do you need to do? If you experience any issues with Fuze Meetings or Voice services during this time we recommend waiting up to 60 seconds and trying again.
What happens if it doesn't go as planned? Maintenance will be reverted.
